New Orleans has some of the cutest vintage/costume clothing shops!
My favorite Youtube star Mamrie Hart was part of a show called Hey USA.
She went to Miss Claudia's which was right down the road from where we were staying!
If I was rich and in New Orleans for Halloween I would go to this place to get a Flapper girl outfit.
We kept hearing that we needed to get a sno-ball, not to be confused with a snow cone, while in New Orleans. It was a perfect treat for a hot day! They actually stayed flavorful until the end unlike snow cones. We are big fans!
Cemeteries, haunted places, and Voodoo are huge in New Orleans.
Apparently, a Voodoo shop was not scary enough for us and we needed to check out a cemetery.
Only in New Orleans can cemeteries become a tourist attraction!
The city is built on a swamp so the dead have to be buried above ground in stone crypts and mausoleums.
It felt a little eerie walking around and snapping pictures.
We paid our respects and got the hell out of there when we finally got creeped out!
For dinner we hit up The Rivershack Tavern!
It was featured on The Food Networks show "Diners, Drive-Ins, and and Dives" hosted by Guy Fieri.
It definitely lived up to its reputation with good food and funny barstools!
New Orleans you have been a blast!
We might be leaving with a few less brain cells, but the memories have been worth it.
